- In this procedure, a general evaluation as to whether an applicant satisfies the requirement of Boolim Kwangduk in terms of personality, corporate philosophy, sincerity, sociality is performed.

- Through health examination, whether an applicant is qualified for healthy Boolim Kwangduk staff is determined.
